Anyone who knows me, knows I’m scared to death of large dogs, but when Antoine said he wanted to shoot me with a great dane, I knew it would be awesome. And the dog was sooooooo chill, he didn’t even really notice me there!!! LOL

Just got back from NYC shooting for my book, and some very special projects, which I will reveal soon! 
I had the MOST amazing time; but that’s another story for another day. While in the airport I found myself in the March Issue of Maxim Mag. Last month, Maxim held a casting call for “Beautify America”, and I made the cut. <3 Maxim

The Shop Splash S/S 2012 fashion show featured collections by some of the favorite local designers including Alexis, Gold Saturn, Maya Swimwear and Citrine by the Stones, as well as international labels, Indah and Wildfox Couture.
I had a blast working with everyone, and absolutely loved all the outfits! Here are a few shots from the show!

I had such a fun time shooting with Joey Wright here in Miami. We laughed so much, as the waves on the beach almost knocked us over; and especially when, we realized we had a few on-lookers, who were catching a glimpse of a naked girl on the beach every time the flash popped! Whoops! Here are a few of my favourite shots!
The above shot reminds me of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, when Ariel swims to the surface with LEGS: “Ursula makes a deal with Ariel to transform her into a human for three days in exchange for Ariel’s voice, which Ursula puts in a nautilus shell. Within these three days, Ariel must receive the ‘kiss of true love’ from Eric; otherwise, she will transform back into a mermaid and belong to Ursula. Ariel is then given human legs and taken to the surface by Flounder and Sebastian. Eric finds Ariel on the beach and takes her to his castle, unaware that she is the one who had saved him earlier” (http://en.wikipedia.org). So If I’m the mermaid, I guess Joey is Sebastian then? HAHAHA

I was SO unbelievably excited, screaming, when I got the call saying I booked a principle role as a “smokin hot fashion model” in the New Timbaland Video for ”Pass at Me” ft Pitbull and David Guetta!! We shot it this past Tuesday at a secret location in Miami. This was my first music video, and I was ecstatic to be working with 2 of my favourite artists! I won’t say too much, as to not ruin the surprise, so watch for me when it airs. Everyone was really nice, and it was one of the most fun days of my life! You can catch me in a purple bikini, and then this: The new aircanada or, sexy Timba flight crew?

Recently, I was selected to compete in the Sun, Fun & 21 Challenge at Atlantis, hosted by supermodel Jessica White. This fun and exciting competition consisted of three point getting components: A paddle-boarding race, a roulette tournament (which I won), and a bikini competition sponsored by Le Tarte Swimwear! I placed 9th over-all, of 50 beautiful women from across the globe, and thought I’d share a few photo’s with you from the trip!

Key Lime Pie is my favourite, and after trying several in Key West, I’ve decided to make a new tradition of taste testing wherever I go, to find the best of the best.
It was so peaceful being out on the water. Key West reminds me of Halifax, Nova Scotia – my hometown!

Recently, I was lucky enough to attend the Polo World Cup in Miami with my good friend Alicia!
We had a blast watching the game, and chatting it up.
Afterwards, we decided it would be fun to get pics with one of the horses, so we just asked one of the players! Woo-hoo- he said yes!
You wouldn’t know it by this picture, but horses actually scare me! However, this one was so well trained and so sweet. We definitely bonded.
Wish we knew the horses name!! LOL!
Here’s Alicia posing with our new best friend and fav model! We won’t think about the fact that another horse LICKED my neck while I was taking this picture!!! LOL

This fashion show featured designs by FASHIONBOX studio, and was held at the beautiful Icon Brickell, Miami. I opened the runway show, as the Basketball Wives and the guests of thier charity event watched. Keep your eyes peeled for me on Season 2 on VH1 strutting my stuff!

Hello and Welcome to my first ever blog! I’m really excited to start sharing with you stories, pictures, videos, and music that plays like a theme song along the way. The past few months have been absolutely amazing so here’s a quick recap of my favourite moments and a few photos to go along with it.
In October I took a trip to The Cove-Atlantis in the beautiful Bahamas with my girl Ali. She and I met at the Cove in 2007 and we have been back to visit a handful of times together since! Here is one of my favourite pictures from our last trip.
In November, I decided to run the NYC Marathon! The last 6, of 26.4 miles were tough! Thankfully though, the energy from the streets lined with people cheering us on was so unreal and, hearing one of my favourite songs: Alicia Keys w/ Jay-Z “Empire State of Mind” definitely kept me going. I love NY and the marathon was one of the best experiences and challenges I’ve ever had.
I also had the privlidge of watching my favourite team- The New York Yankees, play at the WS Game in the Bronx!
I had always wanted to see Disneyworld and… finally I made it!
